HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS 

The tape measure should be held tightly, but not too tightly, and always parallel to the ground.

To measure rounded parts, the tape measure should be held straight.

1- Your Chest Circumference :

Place the tape measure on the protrusions, under the arms, at the level of the point of the breasts where your Chest is the most important.

2- Your Waistline :

Measure around your natural waistline, at the hollow of your waist. Position the tape measure very close to your body, without feeling tight.

3- Your Hip Circumference :

Measure the widest part of the Hips, from 18 to 23 cm below the Waist.

4- Your Stature (total height) :

Stand barefoot on the back of the wall. Make a mark on the wall and then measure the distance from the floor.
